It is so good because of the play on words, when we hit the ground, hit the ground running, running on empty, empty stories, theres so many ways of iterpreting the lyrics... and you would figure it wouldnt make sense, but it does, and it sounds really good, and it tells the story of a discouraged soldier in the year 1959... they played this song live in Boston... they played most of their greats. this not only could be love, but could very well be the best song that wasnt as good before crimson came out. "rinse your crimson hands" was just a random line before the album crimson came out... now it is just another genious line by one of the best bands of all time.
