Ok, has anyone noticed a religious meaning behind it? Seasons are changing And waves are crashing And stars are falling all for us Days grow longer and nights grow shorter I can show you I’ll be the one" In the bible, it talks about how god created the earth, seperating night from day and ect...He also made the changing seasons, and the waves and stars....so maybe these all stand as signs that there is a god, and that he is our "guardian angel' I will never let you fall I’ll stand up with you forever I’ll be there for you through it all Even if saving you sends me to heaven "Cuz you’re my, you’re my, my true love, my whole heart Please don’t throw that away Cuz I’m here for you Please don’t walk away, Please tell me you’ll stay, stay" Keep in mind, that when god created people, he created them out of love....So could it be that god is supposed to be our one true love, and that he is pleading us to stay with him, instead of giving in to the urges of everyday life...... He is asking, because when he created human life....i gave us free will to choose what we want...God doesnt want to rule out of fear, or demands...but love. I know i should maybe try to fit in the whole father/son/holy spirit differneces....but i think that after reading this huge thing, youll all get it.... |

Im guessing, since a minstrel is a middle age preformer and entertainer, that this song is about trying to influence a young lady into loving you. When I think about a minstrel, i think about a jester(hense the entertainer). Its kind of about making a fool of yourself trying to impress some one, or maybe even TRYING to make a fool of yourself to make them laugh. Basically, he's trying to make a girl love him, and is telling everyone else to keep going, not to listen to anyone who doubts them. But yeah, my interpretation. Great song, great band, great album, great everything. They deserve a nobel peace prize lol./ |

wow, Love the lyrics, but its kinda hard to understand what they're saying sometimes. Dani(or whoever writes the lyrics) is an amazing writer. Its amazing what one can do with words. | The only way i can see this song is in a way that it realtes to a situation i have lol. I think its about a friend who you try so hard to be kind to, and then no matter what that certain friend stabs you in teh back, or uses you to get what they want. So this song shows the hate for that friend. "all that you claimed not to be has now come to define you" Kidna shows how the person reacts when he confronts that certain friend about his or her actions. | I'm alittle confoosed on the whole subject. As i understand it the entire album is about a man and a woman in a gun fight. The man dies and goes to hell, but the women is still alive. The devil hands him a gun and says you can be with her again if you bring me the souls of a thousand evil men, and he said he'd do it. so, if the entire album is based on that subject, then shouldnt the posts be some what tied into that? | |
