"you are the fucking disease. another day, another memory." Reflects on that general misannthropical attitude of having enough. Like when you're so fed up of picking your heart up from the floor and can't even consider wearing that same heart again. Heart ache, maybe even betrayal, from a loved one. Whose now faded into a memory in the back of your mind.
I believe this line sums up most of the song..... theres this idea of being in an ambivalent state of mind and being caged in confusion.... because you hate what you love. It jumps around slightly with ideas of wanting to hurt that person, wanting that person back and feeling self pity.
