Just wanted to let you all know that people still listen to this song and listen to Chevelle because this song is my new favorite and I love it. Anyways I think this song can be tied into addiction, with the "still running" just saying that you're still trying to get away. Maybe you can "say that its done," and maybe you "want it/need it done" and you can pretend you're better but in the end, you're still running away and away. Anyways hope you're all doing well

Amazing talented Ian Curtis wrote this song with a very hidden meaning. After watching the film "control" and listening to this song to many times to count especially peter murphy's version of it.
