She can see you want her
You can feel she knows
Suspicious of her reasons
You wonder where she goes

You can feel the tension
Tighten like a wire
It's nothing you can mention
But still it makes you tired

You wan't be used by her today
But you know it's jus like every other day
You're fooled again...

How long can you be there for her needs
How long can you be there for her needs

I can hear you wonder
Just what you do it forv But the pressure that you're under
Makes you want her more

You won't be used by her today
But you know it's just like every other day
She plays to win...

How long can you be there for her needs

I can relate with these lyrics so much. I have been in a situation like this and it's heaven and hell at the same time. It's like a strange addiction you have for this special kind of person. You know exactly that this person won't do you any good, but still you can't stop it.

It's always the same... If one person starts to develop feelings for the other, there will always be a loser (and a winner?) in this kind of game. At the end you have to face that this sick kind of "relationship" has nothing to do with love or a common future. It just destroys the losers heart and soul.

Holiday
Bee Gees
@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.
