I sign in my name
I guess I have to wait a while
I'm gonna play this game
Call me up if you know how to dial
You always had my number

You need to be my lover

Humiliation
I'm in the waiting room

If we both want the love and I wait long enough
Then the ground that we're on might be coming
All I can do, is wait for you
All I can do, is wait for you

I'm all alone in the waiting room
I'm all alone
I'm all alone in the waiting room

When you're burning in solitude
It can get real thick
Desire is your only food
It can get you sick
You know you're so fine (so fine)
I'm over here standing in this line (just a-wait)
Just a-waiting in the waiting room

If we both want the love and I wait long enough
Then the ground that we're on might be coming (da-da-da-da-da-da)
All I can do, is wait for you
All I can do (all I can do), is wait for you

I'm all alone in the waiting room
I'm all alone
I'm all alone in the waiting room

While I'm in the waiting room
A thousand thoughts I think of you
Whatever you did, it's got me glued
It's icky, it's sticky, uh
You're the one I'm dreaming of
Why does this feel like wasted time? (Wasted time)
(What a price) What a price is traveling love? (Traveling love)
You and me trapped between these lights
Oh, you're so mine

If we both want the love and I wait long enough
Then the ground that we're on might be coming
All I can do, is wait for you (I'm just waiting for you)
All I can do, is wait for you (you know you want me to)
All I can do, is wait for you (you always had my number)
All I can do, is wait for you (you know you need to be my lover)
All I can do (all I can do), is wait for you (oh-oh-oh)
All I can do (oh), is wait for you
Wait for you, wait for
Why are you making me wait? Oh, why are you making me wait? Ah

I'm all alone in the waiting room
I'm all alone
I'm all alone in the waiting room
I'm all alone in the waiting room
I'm all alone
I'm all alone in the waiting room
Will you call me when it's my turn?
I'm all alone in the waiting room
I'm all alone
I'm all alone in the waiting room
Will you call me when it's my turn?

To me, this song is about a person who has a lustful connection to another person. For whatever reason, the person being lusted after is emotionally unavailable. This person also is not known well by the person in lust. Something like puppy love. The connection is not logical, yet undeniable all the same. And once it's reciprocated, the interest will die. The enigmatic force is lost, but in the meantime, you'll do anything to get a taste of it.

And yeah, No Doubt Rocks, even though this song was written by Prince.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/
