In the air I flew
Through the clouds I fall
Through the country I've walked
In front of temples I've stood
Before the ocean I pray
And I said your name

In the air I flew
Through the clouds I fall
And all the things I've tried to say
Were never easy to explain
They were always meant for you

And all the memories that were made
For years and years
I've chased this day
They were always for you
Always for you

In the air I breath
Through the clouds I see
Through the cities I've walk
In the castles I dreamed
On the mountain I climb
When I call your name

In the air I flew
Through the clouds I've fell
And all the things I've tried to change
Were never easy to contain
They were always meant for you
(always for you)

And all the memories will never fade
For years and years
In my heart you'll stay
It was always for you
Always for you
Always for you

And all the pieces that remain
They will build a place for us to stay
They were always meant for you
(always for you)

And all the chances that we take
For years and years
We'll have this place
They were always for you
Always for you

I know the writer probably meant something different than I interpreted when I hear the song but this is what it means to me:

Some people want long lasting monogamous relationships some people want other things. Well I've always wanted one but I never felt so dedicated to someone as I am currently. This song, to me, is like all of my experiences, all of the conscious changes I've made in my life, my memories, my decisions, my travels, they've all lead up to this, my biggest goal... relationship permanance. I've met someone to share the rest of my life with, to share my experience with... to combine my consciousness with her, because everything is for her, for us. All the pieces that exist now will always be the building blocks for tomorrow, and all the chances that we take (like moving to a new state for graduate school) we will always have this place. That place is us, our shared experience, our combined consciousness.

i think the song is pretty self-explainatory. the new album is gold. the album leaf just gets better and better with each album they bring out.

a great song. from watching the video, the story shows me that a man loses his wife/girlfriend... a plane accident is my interpretation. They are seen in seperate frames walking to same places, but she is a "ghost" and he is recapturing all the memories from these random places. He lost her but she seems dead to me, not just a breakup. Sad video. Sad song.

    My Interpretation

I don't really think she is dead, I feel it more like a broke up. To me it's like how you can completely dedicate yourself to someone, but in the end things are unpredictable. The video to me shows the same, and also tells how keep on doing the same stuff you enjoyed doing with your lover, but you are no longer together, and everything just taste different from before.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.
