Get out of the city if it hurts. You're too blind, move it over, try to get closer to the lifestyles of gluttons; seem so seamless and perfect. I've been the secret that you've been keeping...

Ears to the wall, eyes on the prize. See that you've made a mistake, and we all know what you've done here. Dear Interceptor, I've been waiting... Show me something. Hold the phone, we've found an answer. Full moons and minor keys to get there faster. Mirror, mirror, see this as clear as crystaline. Second hand interpretor. The spoken word for change.

Wait for me, I wanted to feel this safe. I can't hear you scream, hold the phone to make it better. I can't hear you...

Blood to the beat. This thirst of the Lion can't be quenched by cigarette strewn cubicle air. Dear diluted, while you're dreaming... hold the phone, we've found an answer. Full moons and minor keys to get there faster. Mirror, mirror, see this as clear as crystaline. Second-hand interpretor, deep into the Red we need a change.

Just look at this cardboard cut-out, this puppet that you've become. Let me be the first to acknowledge you've no pride, you've no purpose. It's so typical to think less is more when you're out of the lead. Don't hurt yourself. Settle for less. It's so typical to think less is more when you're out of the lead. Second hand interpretor, the spoken word for change.

Wait for me. I can't hear you. Hold the phone, we've found an answer.

okay, i know what some of the song means, so here you go:

"Get out of the city if it hurts. You're too blind, move it over, try to get closer to the lifestyles of gluttons; seem so seamless and perfect. I've been the secret that you've been keeping..." This means that the person he's talking about wants to be someone else because they're life seems so great, they wants a better life and they are doing what ever they have to to get there. "Ears to the wall, eyes on the prize. The spoken word for change." Okay, this part i'm not so sure about, but I think that maybe that they made a huge mistake, such as sleeping with someone, or backstabbing someone, because they thought that they could get what they wanted faster and realized what they did wrong. William wants the person to show him that they are still themself, not what they wants themself to be. Its clear to him that the person has changed

"Wait for me, I wanted to feel this safe. I can't hear you scream, hold the phone to make it better. I can't hear you..." This is the part i'm not so sure about.

"Blood to the beat. This thirst of the Lion can't be quenched by cigarette strewn cubicle air. Dear diluted, while you're dreaming... hold the phone, we've found an answer. Full moons and minor keys to get there faster. Mirror, mirror, see this as clear as crystaline. Second-hand interpretor, deep into the Red we need a change." The person hasnt gotten what they wanted and hates it. they feel deluted, as he says.it doesnt satisfy them. She's still dreaming about what they could have. I think.

"Just look at this cardboard cut-out, this puppet that you've become. Let me be the first to acknowledge you've no pride, you've no purpose. It's so typical to think less is more when you're out of the lead. Don't hurt yourself. Settle for less. It's so typical to think less is more when you're out of the lead. Second hand interpretor, the spoken word for change." They're like like everybody else now, and they're letting people order them. they're being told lies and it makes them give themself up. William tells them that they've become a "sheep" and like everyone else, that they've changed and he doesnt like it. He tells the person that they needs to lower they're standards, that they might not get exactly what they want.

I'm probably wayyy wrong, but thats kinda how i see it. maybe he's talking to a girl about how she wants to be famous so badly? idk.

    take it or leave it.

i roughly know what tis song means it fits perfect for my last relationship

SierraJasey is almost dead on it heres the part you missed though

"Wait for me, I wanted to feel this safe. I can't hear you scream, hold the phone to make it better. I can't hear you..." William is very confused, just like I am right now. He wants to be with her and feel "safe" and not have her cheat on him or whatever. but at the same time he wants them to feel intense pain just like he is but he cant know for sure if they are or not because they wont open up. "Hold the phone to make it better" i think thats saying to be more direct and not play so many mind games because he wants to "hear her scream", or feel hurt.

thats what i got out of it anyway

Little Feat
Overall about difficult moments of disappointment and vulnerability. Having hope and longing, while remaining optimistic for the future. Encourages the belief that with each new morning there is a chance for things to improve. The chorus offers a glimmer of optimism and a chance at a resolution and redemption in the future. Captures the rollercoaster of emotions of feeling lost while loving someone who is not there for you, feeling let down and abandoned while waiting for a lover. Lost with no direction, "Now I'm up in the air with the rain in my hair, Nowhere to go, I can go anywhere" The bridge shows signs of longing and a plea for companionship. The Lyrics express a desire for authentic connection and the importance of Loving someone just as they are. "Just in passing, I'm not asking. That you be anyone but you”

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion. Ed Sheeran reflects on love lost, and although he wishes his former partner find happiness, he cannot but admit his feelings are still very much there. He expresses the realization that he might never find another on this stringed instrumental by Aaron Dessner.

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.
