When it's over
That's the time I fall in love again
And when it's over
That's the time you're in my heart again
And when you go, go, go, go
I know, it never ends, never ends

All the things that I used to say
All the words that got in the way
All the things that I used to know
Have gone out the window
All the things that she used to bring
All the songs that she used to sing
All her favorite TV shows
Have gone out the window

I'm missing you
I never knew how much she'd loved me
I'm missing you
I never knew how much you meant to me
I need you and when you go, go, go, go
I know, it never ends, never ends

All the things that I used to say
All the words that got in the way
All the things that I used to know
Have gone out the window
All the things that she used to bring
All the songs that she used to sing
All her favorite TV shows
Have gone out the window

I'm missing you
You never said you were pretending
I'm wishing you
You'd feel the same and just come back to me
I need you and when you go, go, go, go
I know, it never ends, never ends

When it's over
Can I still come over?
(And when you go)
And when it's over
Is it really over?

When it's over
That's the time I fall in love again

All the things that I used to say
All the words that got in the way
All the things that I used to know
Have gone out the window
All the things that she used to bring
All the songs that she used to sing (all the things)
All her favorite TV shows
Have gone out the window (all the things)

All the things that I used to say
All the words that got in the way (all the things)
All the things that I used to know
Have gone out the window (all the things)
All the things that she used to bring
All the songs that she used to sing (all the things)
All her favorite TV shows
Have gone out the window (all the things)

All the things that I used to say
All the words that got in the way (all the things)
All the things that I used to know
Have gone out the window (all the things)
All the things that she used to bring

ahh...what a great song this is. this song is about how confusing breakups can be. unlike other breakup songs, though, it's not really angry or sad. cool.

Yeah, this song is quite upbeated but it's still sad to me. The guy I fell for the first time later became my best friend, and this song reflects the fear I had to lose him in any way, because I knew I would miss everything about him (not just the loving side)...It really touched my back then in 2001 and still does today, cause we never parted completely and in my mind and my heart I never closed that door, being too afraid to say goodbye forever, but I have to, cause it's the only way I ever "fall in love again", after it's definitely "over". And I used to love visiting him, and so the line "can I still come over?", can you still be there for me if I need you?... All the things that you used to do together, the experiences and moments are still there but won't be repeated with that special person or anyone, you know it just won't happen again. It's a sad confusing situation, specially when you have developed such strong bonds and they became already someone too special to wipe off completely.

this guy can't appreciate what he has till he doesnt have it. after they break up, he forgets all the reasons he left her, and just wants her back again. i agree, doesnt make you think of breakups- more like gettin up and jumpin around. awesome song

I remember listening to this song on my old walkman dreaming about my girlfriend at that time. I was about 14 years old. Now I'm 19. Where did the time go?

Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."
