To me it's about how he tried and tried to make himself love her, but he never really did. Now it's over and he doesn't really care. To me the line "Bang Bang you're dead, hole in your head" isn't about how he killed her, just how she is sort of dead to him, he no longer cares about her at all and he's just sort of expressing that. "I hear what you want, and I feel that way" may be about how she wants him to love her and he kind of does, but love isn't something you can just force. She's just a fuck toy to him, that's it. He has his fun, but he could give a shit less about her. maybe I'm way off... just what it means to me...
