i think it's about a guy who's got some pretty drastic ideas. something revolutionary, but the rest of the world doesn't want to agree with what he has to say. eventually this guy gives up, and the world is lost because they're beyond ignorant and anal about anything new. it reminds me of old philosophers. back to when everyone wanted to believe the earth was flat, when one man tried to go against that using a new theory, everyone got on his case for it.
