I'm not sure but since there are few other comments on this song, i felt i might as well share mine with you. I think it's about chino dissing certain bands who aren't for real. With "adrenaline" deftones had developed a sound of their own, some other bands probably tried to benefit from deftones' succes by copying their sound or commercialising it.
