The obvious meaning of this song is screwing all the groupies they (The Donnas) can get ahold of. "The Donnas Turn 21" has a very sexual theme overall and this song definitely contributes to that.
That said- my personal opinion of the song is that it's mocking the lives of male "rockstars". When people hear a woman singing these things it has more shock value- it may even cause a gasp or a "Oh man, what a slut." But almost all the men in the music industry do these things without a second thought. In turn, I'd say that this song was made to mock the double standard imposed on female musicians and females in general.
