this song is becoming one of my favorites. i really really love it! the harmony in the second verse is gorgeous. I love the line: "now we walk with fearful steps to darker days of discontent" beautiful... really great imagery, guys. "the deepest truth and absolutes are captured in your smile" really romantic. but i AM having a little bit of trouble putting it all together. I imagine it has something to do with a guy going through some hard times but everything just almost seems to be alright because the girl he loves is there with him. but the "he" and "him" you're referring to... is that jesus? i wasn't sure how that would fit in with the song though.... explain it to me if you read this post!!
