it sounds like somebody locked up in some sort of institution...but with this side note of their soulmate or true love. maybe this person is stuck in this cold environment and just dreams of contact with something loving all the time...that's the best i can figure, but i loooove this song. i wish i could be a keyboard and make those sounds.
