quoth_the_raven you obviously havent looked at all the evidence. From your response i know you are very open minded but i'm still surprised that you havent heard the whole story. It apears that you have only heard what has been on most of the national news. However, i must note that the first time i heard mumia's story was on one of the newsmagazines (ie. 20/20, dateline) but i dont remember which one. the story they did on him led me to believe he was innocent and now i havent read a lot more about his case and i have no doubt in my mind that he is innocent. To begin with there are all the things th3n3w5up3rh3r0 mentioned. Plus another man has confessed to the murder as Maggot said. Mumia's so called confession was not mentioned until two months after it supposably happend. Two people were two testify for the defense and their testimony would have probably caused the jury to rule not guilty but one witness backed out at the last minute due to threats and the other was killed before testifying.
