Wow maybe I'm off my bean but it JUST hit me like... less than a minute ago... MAYBE it's about suicide. Anyone who's ever thought about and attempted suicide knows how it goes. At first you think about it and you wanna do it but you're too scared. Then it's like a phone rings in your head and you're scared that this time when your gonna actually do it because you know that it's not gonna get better and shit... Then when you get it and wanna cut your wrist of w/e and almost die you think "I don't wanna die I need to change". Heck, I dunno. To me the song COULD be about suicide though the other theories are much better. Read the lyrics over and see for yourself how they could be about it.
