ive had a death in the family and that makes me think this is about a death. by the way, the lyrics are wrong; when it says "finally i weep", it should be "funny how we". i dont really have an explanation for the death remark, except the line "funny how we, we go down, we go anywhere but to the ground." (when we die our spirits die but are not buried underground). "man overboard" also sounds like death. this song is definetly one of my favorites by dispatch!
