It's been a live song for awhile...I got to see Mr. Corgan perform it acoustically. Very beautiful, indeed. This song to me is not so much questioning the existant of God but questioning if he cares...wondering if he's the caring and compassionate father that religion paints him as, or the cold and impersonal being that the harshness of reality suggests.
