I really love this song. It reminds me of being with someone or trying to be with someone and knowing that it will soon end or it wont last, not because you don't want it to but because theres a lot of factors that would cause for needing to let go of that person. I also believe that this song shows the awareness these two people have in their relationship, or how aware the speaker is, aware of the end of the relationship or something like that. The 3rd section of the song entails the need to be loved and being afraid that there will never be someone else so you almost settle for this person, its not that you dont love them but you know deep down its not meant to me and its almost like your performing in order to feel loved and give love.
