I agree with all meanings posted here and that a song meaning can be different for everyone as to what it means to them. I just want to add mine: I think it can possibly mean that she sees the love of her life in everyone she sees as if she's searching for them everywhere in everyone she tries to see. My sister lost her 1st love in a car accident and she never stopped looking for him(her therapist even said so) And even though she knew he was dead, she still saw him everywhere and searched for him. Also, compared every other person she was with to him. Its heartbreaking and if anything ever happens between me and My ONE (as I refer to him;) I will be the same way and 100% is not enough to define how sure of this I truly am. Love this song and Michelle Branch. Wish she would come out with more music!!
