Climbing Up the Walls Lyrics

It's just my opinion, but I think that this song may be about paranoia: Like, having something/someone that's always there, but not really present = "you'll only see my reflection" + "And either way you turn, I'll be there. Open up your skull, I'll be there. Climbing up the walls". As a lot of people said here, it's about something in his head, and maube "climibing up the walls" is a hint : the walls could refers to the 4th wall for example, something that is made up, not real, but breaks that boundary and takes place in your reality Thus, it could be about schyzonphrenia and paranoia (they often come together unfortunatly) (PS: I know this is really obvious, and I'm not pretending to be somehow a genius because I found a unique interpretation, but I needed to interpret this song for a homework )
