Ever since I first heard this song (which was only a few months ago, sadly, I know) it has automatically made me think of my best friend that passed away a few years back. “Two of riding nowhere, spending someone’s hard earned pay” and “ two of us wearing raincoats, standing solo(or so low) in the sun”, those two lines really hit home for me. So I think this song can definitely be a love song or about a dear friend.. Man, I miss my buddy!
