"Lioness" was the nickname of her grandmother Calanthe, the Queen of Cintra, which is why Ciri is often called the Lion Cub of Cintra.
And the "White Wolf" is one of the nicknames of the Witcher himself, Gewalt of Rivia, Ciri's foster father.
