A song that is all too relevant today. I can't imagine what Zappa would make of Trump's America, it's beyond satire. Deportations, incarcerations, the proposed removal of the homeless from Washington DC, all this is far more extreme than the detention of a few hippies which Concentration Moon envisioned. The 1960s weren't perfect by any means but at least there was some limit to the extremes that governments could go, tempered as they were by the democratic process. With Trump, all bets are off.
