Hide and Seek Lyrics

This is a song about Howard himself. He and his wife were in a road accident in their van. His wife Jan was badly hurt with a disabling injury, a damaged back. She gave the insurance payout to Howard so he could buy his famous Roland Jupiter 8 and further the start of his music career.

He worked on their house so she could fully access it all with ease. Drew up the plans, learned to work with his hands. He then "found a game to play", his music career.

@Josephine4563 - I agree. BTW I didn't make any of it up, and it's not just a particular "take" on the song; it's all true and this is what the song is about.

@EddGee Interesting. I didn't know about the accident story that started it all. Thank you, I always thought it was a philosophical song about how we are all born into existence, (seemingly) separating from our source. And we should all endeavor to appreciate that we were once ONE with all things and will be again.
