I think this song is about how crazy that this person has the singer feeling. "Running on a treadmill" to me, symbolizes how much they're chasing after this person but they're going nowhere. the parts where he says "You got me so" over and over again is the singer feeling crazy once again over this person, maybe the person riles the singer up that they go yk insane. The only part I can't truly decipher is "I know what's on your mind but it's not what you think it is."
