2) Terrance is Terry Sawchuk, Canadian songwriter/producer Alanis met while living in Toronto in 1993. They remained friends for a long time.
3) Lou is Christian Lane from the band Loud Lucy, the opening band during Alanis' 1996 tour. In the original demo version of "Unsent," she says "Dear Christian, we learned so much..."
