Long time since anyone commented on this but I was revisiting this song as it always puzzled me. I believe that the song is based on Joan of Arc. She was burned to death at the age of 19. I think the song symbolizes someone young already dying or on death row "seems to be the day", the time has come and they are examining their life, their dreams and failures and saying I am a loser because - 1:19, 1 year to 19 years old, it's a waste of life "Hiding all my crimes and then
