" Zoomers and Boomers and Fascist and Groomers and Commie Consumers and Lions and Tigers and Bears, (Oh my Oh My) "
[ Lions and Tigers and Bears is a reference to a scene in the wizard of Oz, in which Dorothy ask the tin-man what might be lurking in the forest, and while he doesn't actually know, he supposed there could be, perhaps, lions and Tigers and Bears. This causes them to begin to panic, and quick their pace in fear of a threat that may or may not even exist. Fear mongger]
"Dunning and Kruger are you're real abusers"
[ The Dunning Kruger effect is when person has little ability or knowledge in a particular field, but harbors false sense confidents and feel as if they can speak on said field. ]
"I think that they've got you so afraid, you say what they think, but you don't think what they say. "
[ The previous lines imply that we are worried about none-existant, invisible threats while the real problems (I.E, Dunning and Kruger effect, Narcissism and stupidity) slip past us. So, if these self-inflicted conditions are the problem, who's "They"?]
It seems like the song is warning us that while we worry about none-existant issues like social media, each other and fear mongering, we are blind to the real issue at hand; The plague of Narcissism, stupidity ("Earth to Idiocracy", "the dummies keep doubling", etc), and Egotism washing over us. We are toxified.
Who the "They" orchestrating this is? I have no idea.

Excuse the typos, forgot to check this over. I think I still got the idea across though
