I wrote something a few years back and it’s called “The Reasoning for others in our lives”. I think this song is about the understanding that this relationship and all of the beautiful moments and incredible memories that are experienced, they are not going to continue and could never be like it wax anyways. We/ they are attached to a relationship and it involves a person and the moments we experience together.
Yet it’s also not wanting to acknowledge even though we glimpse it. To move on to learn to live our own true life is to grow. We must accept and move forward, to live to learn and to always remember and respect these moments and especially the people that gave us so much experience and beauty, we owe them our respect by living our best life and being true to ourselves.
That’s life, we go from one person to another and we live and we experience and we learn, if not directly from mistakes we do eventually so that we can become the empowered, radiant, honest truthful person we are all meant to be!
