This song seems to be an invitation to practice magic. "If you want you can will it. You can have it. I can put it right there in your hands". Aleister Crowley's definition of magic is "the Science and Art of causing Change to occur in conformity with Will". There is lots of occult symbolism and practice occurring on screen during the video. I interpret the twerking women through most of the video as being the distractions of mundane life, but the twerking woman's behind near the end of the video becoming a mandala alludes to the fact that the demarcation of the mundane and sacred or magical isn't any more real than your decision to make them separate. Anything can be sacred if you choose to see it that way.
