I would agree with the gist of what @Synthem is saying in that the "you" person being addressed here is clearly not wanted and she is going to great lengths to establish how little sway this person has over her.
I would, however, go one step further: This is not merely some random beautiful stranger who is attempting to get in her pants, this is a toxic ex who she is glad to be out from under (literally and figuratively).
This is why she's putting so much emphasis on how free she is now that this person isn't affecting her mood anymore. This is also why she is/was in need of a "remedy" to begin with. Toxic relationship has ended, you need to get your head clear. And it is also why this other person, the anonymous person she's now dancing with and having no-strings fun with is considered a full-blown "ENEMY" by the "you" character. A non-toxic adult person would move on, but this "you" is stalking her from the shadows and seething at the idea that there's somebody else.
If you know people like that, narcissts and borderline abusers, you know that's how they view the world.
