Always enjoyed this song. I think it's more of a silly jam than any meaningful song. Anthony always enjoyed hip hop and I honestly think this is his attempt at a sort of "sexy rap tune". He's basically telling the story of his life, moving out to the California coast from Michigan, forming a band and getting laid all the time... its an autobiography for where he was at that time told as a playful limerick almost.
Also, just a couple of corrections. I think the word Botty is stupid, its "Body looking to good" and in the lady cop verse, I believe he says "Unzip that slip, woo that's tight" where "a slip" is a woman's undergarment that women used to wear under a dress or uniform. It makes infinitely more sense than "unzipped and slipped". I mean, he is removing her clothes to fuck in that part of the lyric, so that makes sense of the "woo that's tight" saying the slip was skin tight.
