I hope I don’t get attacked for my own opinion exactly and everyone has their own little interpretation but I see it about some person that’s going through it.

It's what I believe” gives me that no one, not even God or anything could help this specific person and they have a strong faith in that.
“The slit in the sky when you left
Is all I see” I strongly believe that it’s about them dealing with a person in the sky and all that person can see is them leaving, they see it whenever they’re doing something even if it doesn’t remind them of that person specifically.
“Nothing to sing about
I've bared all my leaves” this part is kind of tricky because idk what ‘bared all my leaves’ mean exactly, I thought it was about actual green leaves but I’m such a slow person so I’m putting that he/she is uncovering the fact they’re leaving, I still have no explanation on the ‘nothing to sing about’ part probably leaning towards they have nothing to say.
“No vision of dreams about you
Came true for me” also I’m gonna say this is probably them having visions of like them being happy, in a stable relationship and everything but it doesn’t come true at all.
“Cut through
This razor wire
And died on your heart
Writhe 'till the end” I haven’t been able to interpret this at all so I’m gonna take a guess that they’re telling this person to cut through the razor that is guarding them because they’re having their guards up and that they died on the persons heart meaning they died on the persons heart where they belong eternally and that they’ll writhe there because they think they belong there.
“Stuck with illusion now
I drown in your sea” still trying to figure this out but I’m also taking a big guess that they’re stuck with illusion about the person and they’ve now drowned in something about the person(makes no sense lol I’m just saying whatever)
“I hope that you first save yourself
And then come for me” gonna say that they want the person to save themselves from something, could be drvgs, sh or just whatever they’re going through before they help them or whatever basically like put yourself first and then the other.
That’s all though, I’m a very huge fan of this song and basically listen to it 27/8. I never saw anyone interpret this song the same way I interpreted it but I hope you guys liked it :)
