I have thought about this, and I've gathered information from both the music video and the song, so it might be a little confusing.
Rocket Skates - Basically just a sadistic girl seducing a guy to kill him.
In the music video, it shows the guy giving the girl a knife (which is covered by their hands) which could symbolize that the guy is unwillingly giving the girl permission to hurt him, he thinks it's just a normal fun time, as the first part of the lyrics seem like. Just after we see the girl in a nightdress, holding a switchblade.
"You're red, soaking wet + I'm right next to you" is most likely from guys pov, symbolizing the guy thinking the girl won't hurt him/just do a normal fun time (iykyk)
"You're red" could very well mean the girls blood, but most likely the guys blood splattered on her.
"Soaking wet" further proves the theory, suggesting the girl "likes" him getting hurt. (Aka sadism) Or it could just be for blood and I'm being dirty minded.
"let's fall in a long sadistic trance, put the keys in our heads" is most likely the girl, saying "put the keys in our heads" means, "put all hopes of escape in your mind" (meaning it won't ever physically happen, it's just what the guy wants)
"guns, razors, knives, f<ck with me" is most likely the girls desire.
