I think the main takeaway in this song is that no one is born with hatred, distrust, and prejudice in their hearts. These are things taught to us, or brainwashed into us, by religion, politics and geography, but predominantly religion. If we all had the purity of a new born baby then there wouldn't be any wars or hatred or racism. Society gives us these things, but it's all bullshit and lies.....and we have a choice to believe or not.
