"... Must be a fool to think IT could..."
As for the song itself, it's really awesome, maybe one of the best and least appreciated by STP. I think lyrically it might have borrowed somewhat from "the fool on the hill" by the Beatles, at least it's quite similar in feeling.
And it was actually recorded during the Shangri-La Dee Da sessions somewhere in 2001.
