Just like Balinese or La Grange, this is obviously another track about a place the guys knew about for illegal fun (gambling & ...).
FM 92 runs (loosely) from Beaumont to Sam Rayburn lake but I'm not from that part of Texas so the exact spot is for someone else to answer.
