When I was a teenager in the early 2000s, I thought this was a cool, "moody" song. Now it has a new meaning for me. I've struggled with General Anxiety Disorder and panic attacks. It's very frustrating when people say "Everyone has anxiety". There is a difference between being anxious once in a while, and having an actual disorder that impacts your everyday life. This song describes some of the feelings/moods that I've experienced.
