In my opinion, this song is about depression disease ! Maybe it's not the real meaning (a lot of people talk about music industry....).

She's ''so tired of crying'', her ''brain is screaming'', but she realizes that actually, ''everybody's in the sad same team'' because this world is just exhaustingly depressing.
However, she feels confortable in depression, she always wants ''something similar'' and ''familiar'' but it leads ''nowhere''.
She's tired of doctors' ''remedies'' (antidepressants, anxiolytics and other meds), and she doesn't want ''no more remedies''.
She finally found her ''method'', ''uncertain'' and messy but ''it's working''.
