I think the song definitely has the underlying topic of suicide, but also about modern society and the glorification of childhood.
"Life is unfair, kill yourself or get over it" in the song feels as if discussing how life moves so fast that the things that bother you can't hold you down, your options are su!cide or ignoring it to carry on the next inevitable problem. With the harsh lessons/ experiences, we go through growing up are an extensive option of what to dwell on. Childhood is often romanticized as innocence and peacefulness but leaves out bullying, mental health issues and parent/ peer relationships, all of which are paving stones for how the rest of our lives will work; and if that all goes to hell you can "... kill yourself or get over it"
