I think the song is about comments that highly expecting people make Most off the song contains positive comments but also negative comments I think this is about people overwhelmingly comparing someone to others All the positive like "as strong as an ox" are used like "shes/hes/their as strong as an ox" Some other comments can be used as negative stuff(mostly body shaming) like " as big as a house" is used as "your as big as a house" or for short just calling someone fat Stuff like this can lead to self harm,bullying,cycle of abuse,suicide thoughts or just plain suicide(and more) but what the song focuses on is the negative thoughts and desire to be someone else I think the entire song is about a victim going through all the times people compared her/him/them to others an negatively commented on her/him/them The chorus(all I wanna be) is telling us that the victim suffers from the desire to be someone else The song could be the victims thoughts,her/him/them unable to hold in all the negative feelings or her/him/them opening up to a therapist Those are my thoughts
