Im not gonna go in too depth with specific lyrics but my interpretation of this song is about a girl who loves her boyfriend a lot, thinking he's the only one for her.
She's aware that her boyfriend is only using her for her body and is also aware that he isn't trying. She knows what he's doing isn't good for her, but she can't bring herself to leave him.
