It’s about the awakening of an ancient force- the “evil” of the title, depicted here as in many of Dani’s songs as a seductive female- and the subsequent destruction of the (Christian) world. Also similar to other CoF songs is the relationship between this “evil” deity and her worshipful human liaison (the narrator/speaker) being cast as sexual or romantic in nature, with the laying to waste of Christendom seeming to be secondary- almost a product of, or the logical conclusion to, their all-consuming lust for one another.
