"Tomorrow, I'm gonna find a way to die I'm living only for a lover And the death of you and I"

I think it's an admission that he only lives because of this girl and their relationship, and he says tomorrow he's going to find a way to die because either the relationship is ending right then or it's not enough anymore to keep living for.

"But if you find a way to break my back With needles, thread, and guilt Will you cover me in kerosene And burn my strychnine quilt?"

He's been beat down by guilt tripping to the point where his support, his back, is broken. Needle and thread is the stitching back up to stay somewhat put together. The strychnine quilt is about toxic comfort, which is probably this fantasy of dying the narrator has. The thoughts of suicide are comforting in their familiarity but also toxic for obvious reasons, and the guilt tripping is pouring kerosene on him and burning it up to try to kill this habit of comfort but he feels it's also being poured on him.

"Yeah, will you spit upon the path I took Will you cry from all the drugs I took Will you be my little come down hook And I'll never ask again"

The path he took is overdosing/suicide and that's the drugs he took, so he's contemplating how they'd react to his suicide. The comedown hook is referring to the drug addiction Justin is going through, and that's part of his depression and 'suicide' put into this narration. He's asking the girl to be his hook to staying as happy as when he's up (high), but admits he'll never ask again because he plans to die.

"Will I wake up feeling half of you Has been stripped away or torn in two? Cuz to kill a young man's point of view Is to kill his only friend, oh oh"

The dichotomy of wanting to live and wanting to die is shown in this verse. He's feeling part stripped away because of the that guilt tripping and people trying to change his mind about suicide, and torn in two because that part is torn away and the other part that wants to live is still there too. To kill his view on suicide is to kill his only friend, because it's always been there with him and he feels without it he's alone.

"Tomorrow, we're gonna find a place to live I'm packing only means for redwood dreams It's a place that you'll be accepted Oh fuck the world, just a boy and a girl But it's that leech you'll have to shake, Through the love we'll need to make Call me sure, yeah I'm sure I said I said I'm open wide But you really have to understand We'll build a waterslide if you're brave enough to hold my hand"

The first line is deceiving, he says they'll find a place to live but he's packing means for redwood dreams only. Dreaming of redwoods is a symbol for something you can't overcome, in this case suicidal thoughts or the desire to die. He's packing means for death, and death's door accepts everyone with no exceptions, hence the place they'll be accepted. Fuck the world is exactly as stated, the only good thing is him and this girl in his eyes, echoing the beginning lines sentiments. The leech they'll need to shake is the world that is so fucked. He's open wide but he asks her to understand, meaning he's empty inside, not wide open for understanding or intimacy as might be originally interpreted. The last line is him asking her (or maybe us, the listener) to join in building a waterslide. This was at first confusing, but with a theme of death water can be classically connected to the river Styx, so I believe this is saying if you're brave enough (the girl I assume he's talking to) they can plan their death together.
