To me this is talking about temptation, not giving in to any kind of intimacy with someone who doesn't belong to him (i.e. unmarried I guess), and perhaps not being aware or careful to not giving in to temptation ("my headz in the cloudz again"), and either feeling the need to stop with his own corrupt thinking, or feeling a need to stop interacting with corrupt people ("Gotta stop it with the bad seeds"). Probably the latter.
