Cover art for Women lyrics by Primitive Radio Gods

This song\'s about failing to succeed in romantic relationships. Throughout the song, PRG adapts a nihilistic approach to seduction, which is to, essentially, put zero effort into selling yourself as a worthy soulmate, and, instead, adapting the role of what seems to work in romance. This satirizes what women want---most prominently here: "I\'ll wear the apron, I\'ll play the part, of modern art, Leo de Vinci". This simply means he is adapting the shallow, meaningless role of attracting women with elegance. And, given that he\'s "playing the part", he\'s implying the elegance strategy is no more than a front, and he\'s being open to the fact that he\'s still using it, which then implies he is faithless in his future endeavors if he continues to be himself. If I were to sum this up with a single sentence, I would say PRG is simply discontent with the whole idea of romance, and he has now last-resorted to an indecent, artificial, approach.
