Now on to my interpretation.\n\nTo me Kristi sounds like a woman’s name and with the lyrics being repetitive saying how this woman (Kristi) can’t do anything without this person “you won’t sleep without me” “you can’t breathe without me.” Etc, first I was thinking a abusive relationship where the other person has a high ego and believes that they own this woman (kristi) and are very controlling of her. But then I was also thinking maybe Kristi is a weak woman and is very dependent upon this person. Like one of ppl who cannot not be in a relationship, like they always have to be with somebody, or they are already in a relationship and can’t do anything for themselves so they always need somebody to be that person for them. But I feel as if my first theory is right because of the lyrics “Tell me what I wanna hear.” And “yeah Kristi show me what I wanna see.” Those seem to be the words of a person who think very highly of themselves and looks down on others, especially this woman Kristi who seems to be in a relationship with this highly ego-Ed person. But I could be totally wrong so, that’s just my interpretation.
