It was originally intended to be a Banjo song. Bryan and Johnny Echols rented Banjo\'s but soon realized they couldn\'t play them. The song was about to be scrapped and Bryan was bummed. Then Johnny was warming up wih some Spanish riffs and arranger David Angel heard it and they reconfigured the song and added the trumpet. According to Johnny Bryan was very very happy.
